• Smoke-Free Zone: Smoking inside the property is strictly forbidden. A cleaning and deodorizing fee will apply for violations.
• Guest Registration: Only registered guests included in your booking are permitted to stay. Unregistered visitors must follow building security guidelines.
• Fines & Penalties: Any violation of house rules or local building regulations may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund and penalties deducted from the security deposit.
