Terms & conditions
- Booking & Payments: Full payment and a valid passport/ID copy for all staying guests are required to confirm the reservation, as mandated by Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in to cover potential damages, missing items, or rule violations. It will be refunded after inspection following check-out.
- Tourism Dirham Fee: As per Dubai regulations, a Tourism Dirham Fee applies per bedroom per night and will be billed separately or included in your total booking breakdown.
- Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellations and modifications are subject to the specific policy selected at the time of booking. Non-refundable rates cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- Property Use: Properties are strictly for residential use. Subletting, commercial photography/videography without prior consent, or exceeding the maximum occupancy limit is prohibited.
- Liability: Auric Haven is not responsible for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests are advised to ensure proper care of their personal effects.
